Too many pictures

As you can tell I enjoy taking pictures and documenting my life as a Mama and wife. Because it takes soooo long to upload 24 pictures and about 2 minutes to upload them to facebook I thought I'd save some time and update you quickly on what's been happening this month in July. Here's our pictures.

Make sure you click on them and read the captions to know more info about them.

AWE- SOME!

I just realized I could embed videos I've posted on facebook and put them here too rather than having to wait for them to load both places.
Here's a video of Angus saying one of my favorite things right now. Awe-Some! He was playing with Daddy's headphones outside while they were loading up the Bugs for Nick to take them to Michigan to work on. I was taking pictures (look for a new post soon with more pics) and he just starting saying, "AWE-SOME!" So I quickly took a video forgetting I cannot flip videos on my camera so you have to watch it sideways. I love learning new things with him and seeing the world through his eyes. I thank the Lord for the blessing of this child. :)

The Family Trip

Our family met my in laws and brother in law and his family at a great cabin in Lake Shelbyville, IL. We had a great time making new memories together including fishing, staying cool, making smores, shopping, and of course eating great food! We look forward to making more memories together next year.

The boys and daddy's taking a ride in the boat.

Caught 'em with their O's!

A great meal together.

There was a huge storm that made us hover in the basement, afterwards Ethan spotted a rainbow.

We took a trip to the Lake Shelbyville Dam where Scott had great memories from many years ago.

Angus desperately wanted to jump in the water and play.

Our family of three.

Ode to the Paci

Dear Mom and Dad,
I am not very happy with you at the moment. Today you surprised attacked me by clipping the ends off my pacifier (aka Paci pronounced pack-y) so I would get used to sleeping without one. I know I know I haven't used a paci during the day for over six months but I cherish it to sleep with. It soothes me and is my friend. I even call out for it when it's time to sleep...PACKY! PACKY! PACKY! I can't believe it's time to say goodbye. I know, I'm two, it's time. But I'm not going to give up without a fight! This is my ode to the packy. How I miss you so. Love, Goose
